The herbal products you receive are expertly sourced from ethical and sustainable sources in the UK and overseas. They are all tailored to your specific needs.

All treatments can be used individually or in combination with other therapies available. You get the benefit of over 25 years experience working with these different therapies. We may come from different backgrounds, yet I treat everyone equally.

Along the way, I have become attuned to the benefits of 'free therapies' as well as medicinal herbs and foods. This is actually where my secret lies. I combine 'common sense', compassion, knowledge and experience; incorporating it into your new chapter that I encourage you to start writing. 

Although my Holistic practice is diverse, I know when to bring in other help for you too. I have a rich network within the Holistic community. So I make sure you always get the right treatment for you. For me that is most important
