Delivery of all Herbal prescriptions is by First class Royal mail in the UK. By courier to USA, Canada and Rest of World.

All Consultations and Treatments need to be pre-booked with a 100% pre-payment.
Payments accepted via BACs, direct account transfers and cash.
Cancellation policy is a minimum of 24 hours notice by calling me, or notifying by email or text. Call me in the event of an 'emergency'.
Failure to give sufficient notice results in the whole appointment fee becoming forfeit; except in 'emergencies'.
