Failure to cancel your consultation or treatment session 24 hours or more before will forfeit the whole appointment fee; unless there are extenuating 'emergency' circumstances. 

In these cases, the fee will be held until you reschedule your appointment within 4 weeks from the original appointment date. 

After that time, your appointment fee becomes forfeit.

As all Herbal products are bespoke to the patients needs; they are exempt from refund. 

Payment for prescriptions is at consultation. Delivery is via Royal mail 1st class or appointed courier to your address in USA, Canada or Rest of World
