• Failure to cancel your consultation or treatment session 24 hours or more before will forfeit the whole appointment fee. Please cancel by phoning and speaking with me in person. You can also send cancellation by email or text. Please wait for confirmation of your cancellation request.

• Extenuating 'emergency' circumstances: in these cases, the fee will be held until you reschedule your appointment within 4 weeks from the original appointment date.

            After 4 weeks has expired, your appointment fee becomes forfeit.

• Payment for all herbal prescriptions is at consultation or when commissioned.

• As all Herbal products are commissioned and bespoke to the patients specific health needs. 

         Therefore, they are exempt from refund, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
