Couple Up Fertility Programme 

This is for any Couple in a committed relationship who are preparing for conception, pregnancy and parenthood.

There are many reasons why you choose to work with me as your Fertility Coach. You may have already gone through issues of impaired fertility or miscarriage. Part of our work together is gently moving beyond this heartache. Though if you have already worked with IVF; this programme is to increase your chances with assisted conception. I aim to bring simple and straightforward ways to bring the focus onto you as a couple as much as you both conceiving a child.

This is a truly holistic approach to anyone in a committed relationship. It is aimed at women and men, women and women; as well as men and men who want to bring a baby into their lives. Though before you choose to conceive, whether naturally or medically assisted. I ask you to do one thing - stop telling other people you are planning to become pregnant. I know it sounds counterintuitive and family and friends are well-intentioned with their questions... However, neither of you need the pressure to perform or conform; this is your choice as a couple.

The Couple Up Fertility programme is a 26 week commitment, to you both individually, to show up for yourself; as well as to each other within your relationship. The financial investment is £9000 or $10832 (£24.72 / $29.76 per day per person). All sessions are remote.

The only time you will pay more is when you request longer coaching sessions and more herbal supplements. Everything else is included.

The programme is firstly to help both people in the relationship to prepare individually; to be present and well for themselves. We use a combination of better nutrition, being more present emotionally, encouraging a balanced lifestyle and also herbal supplements. 

There is a weekly live session and self-work, the more you invest in yourself... the greater the reward. And there is no greater than feeling well, calm, focussed and seeing the benefits. The ripple effect will continue in other areas of your life as your confidence and self-awareness grows. Naturally, this has significant benefits within your relationship too!

The second phase of this programme (13 weeks) is focussed on Togetherness. Improving your relationship, addressing any intimacy issues. The root of which have to be addressed emotionally and mentally before there can be the depth and connection physically.

None of this programme is woo-woo... Some men, and women may have initial resistance to truly talking about how they feel. And that is ok... Couple Up is for you both. I encourage you both to fine-tune your personal skills and be present for each other. Sometimes when there are fertility issues, it can be non-physical. Medical doctors may find no physiological reason for any difficulty in becoming pregnant.

Stress can play a significant role in our relationships... Learn to be there for each other, listen, support - and be honest. On a physical level, when we are stressed (fight, flight, freeze and fawn) the body switches into survival mode, it becomes more important than conceiving a child. Until stress is reduced, minimised and released, we experience difficulty to relax, absorb nutrients and adopt healthier relationships with each other. I encourage you to find a balance between doing and being.

With Couple Up, you are making a commitment to yourself as well as to each other. You are investing 26 weeks (6 months) into your relationship. Before you become a parent, have an awareness of who you are; and how connected you are together. To be blunt, I help you get your s#^t together. All I do is help you become the best people you can be...and that is the best gift we can give to any child.
